We’ll take care of your luggage free of charge on the arrival and departure day. We are glad to collect parcels on behalf of our guests. To avoid misdelivery, please follow these simple instructions. The address should include a reference to the event (title of seminar/workshop etc., date of arrival) and the name of the person who will collect the parcel. All Parcels to be DELIVERED FREE.

Should items/documents be delivered from the Hotel after the event, the  persons in charge shall pack and deliver the items at their own charge
