To confirm the reservation we ask for a 30% deposit through bank money transfer or a valid credit car.

Cancellation policy:

Pick Season from the 26th of December to the 12th of January

• 30% deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation
• cancellation from 50 to 15 days prior arrival, penalty 50% total stay
• cancellation from 14 to 8 days prior arrival, penalty 70% total stay
• cancellation from 7 days prior arrival to no show penalty 100% total stay

All the other periods during the winter and summer season:

• cancellation within 30 days prior arrival no penalty
• cancellation from 30 days to now show  penalty 30% total stay

Early departure

In case of  early departure the Hotel reserve the right to charge a penalty up to the total stay/the remaining nights

Penalty not applicable

We will not applied any penalty in case there will be the possibility to book the room as per orginal reservation. Deposit will be kept for a future booking

Confirmation and cancellation policy might be different in case of special offers or packages. In case different policies are applied they will be notified into the reservation

Payments

On the arrival, to improve the express check out, we will ask the pre-authorisation (not charge) on your credit card for the total amount of your stay. Upon confirmation the authorization will be then confirmed as final payment.

We accept all credit cards (Amexo, Visa, Diners, Mastercard. You can pay cash with a maximun amount of € 999 (DL 201/2011).

We do not accept bank cheques
