To confirm the reservation we ask for a 30% deposit throuch bank money transfer or a valid credit car.

Cancellation policy:

From the 26th of December 2009 to the 10th of January 2010 and from the 7th to the 28th of August 2010

• cancellation within 30 days prior arrival no penalty
• cancellation from 29 to 15 days prior arrival, penalty 30% total stay
• cancellation from 14 to 4 days prior arrival, penalty 60% total stay
• cancellation from 3 days prior arrival to no show penalty 100% total stay

From the 19th to the 26th of December 2009 and from the 10th of Janyary to the 6th of April 2010

From the 1st of July to the 6th of August and from the 25th of August to the 15th of September 2010

• cancellation within 15 days prior arrival no penalty
• cancellation from 14 to  7 days prior arrival, penalty 30% total stay
• cancellation from 6  to 4 days prior arrival, penalty 60% total stay
• cancellation from 3 days prior arrival to no show penalty 100% total stay

No Show and early departure

In case of no show and early departure the Hotel reserve the right to charge a penalty up to total stay

Penalty not applicable

We will not applied any penalty in case there will be the possibility to book the room as per orginal reservation. Deposit will be kept for a future booking
